1. 🧾 Custom Order Process
All custom artwork begins after an order is placed and this form is completed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or pickup.
2. ⏱️ Timeline
Each piece is made with intention and care. Depending on complexity and workload, production may take 2–4 weeks (or longer during high-demand periods). Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
3. 🖌️ Design + Revisions
Bud Love will interpret your vision in their unique style. Minor revisions may be accepted before production, but no major changes are allowed once materials are in use or painting has started.

Bud Love Art takes care in packaging each order. Once shipped, Bud Love Art is not responsible for postal delays, theft, or damages. Shipping insurance is available upon request.

Bud Love Art retains full rights to all artwork for promotional, portfolio, and exhibition use unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients may not resell or reproduce the artwork without permission.
7. 💬 Communication
Clear and timely communication ensures your piece is delivered as expected. Delays in response may affect production timelines. Bud Love reserves the right to pause or cancel projects due to lack of follow-up.
