At Bud Love Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Refunds for other reasons are not available due to the custom nature of our products.
